I began my career in 1994 at my hometown newspaper The Gold Coast Bulletin where i quickly progressed from printing in the Darkroom to become a cadet photographer shooting news , sport , fashion , products … basically everyting you could think of… it was a great starting point. In 1999 i headed overseas and in 2000 i began working for renowned sports photography agencey Action Images which is based in London.I covered some of the world’s biggest sporting events over a 16 year period including The Olympics , Multiple Rugby World Cups , Premier League Soccer , 30 Plus Tennis Grand Slams , Cricket World cups and Multiple England tours in every test playing nation, World swimming and Athletics Championships in various cities all over the world to name but a few events ive coverd. I also worked closely with major brands ands and sporting organisations like The WTA , Chelsea Football Club in London and now being based in my native Australia i work closely with some of Australia’s leading Entities including The Nation Rugby League , News Limited , AFL Queensland and Tennis Australia.
I am currently based in Northern NSW in Australia near my home town of The Gold Coast and although a vast majority of my work has been sports related i have also worked with other organisations like Dreamworld and Skypoint on The Gold Coast covering various events . A newspaper backgroung is a big plus i believe as you can quickly apply your skills and adapt to each situation. I regard myself a reasonably humble and affable person and can get the job done with a minimum of fuss and usually far exceeding the clients expectations.
Overall i always try my best for every client i work for … Thanks for taking the time to visit my site.
